Cubs are for 8, 9 and 10 year olds and they make up the second section of the Scout Group. The Cub Pack is split into smaller groups called Sixes.
What do Cubs do?
The are loads of fun things that Cub Scouts can do. Cubs will get a chance to try lots of different activities like hiking, air rifle shooting, bushcraft skills, swimming, exploring, archery and fishing.
Cubs also do weekend trips and days out, in the past few years we have been on visits such as to the local fire station, Revolution Skate park, Margate Caves, Imperial War Museum Duxford and saw 'The Jungle Book' at the Marlowe Theatre in Canterbury.
Cubs also get to take part in camping trips and pack holidays with loads of adventurous activities, sleeping in tents, log cabins or even Navy warships (as a group we have slept on both HMS Belfast in London and HMS Cavalier in Chatham).
When do Cubs meet?
